The approach
Renewal Desk keeps source agreements, verified terms and renewal decisions together. A person checks the terms before they drive upcoming actions. To protect the agreement trail, an invalid local record stops the workflow and leaves the existing record and original documents untouched.
Where it stands
Local checks with synthetic agreements confirmed that invalid stored records were preserved and document saves retained the content submitted when the save began. Agreement verification, reminders, separate currency totals and backup restoration with original files also passed local checks. Hosted access and recovery are not yet verified. Automatic notifications remain future work.
